Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TariffWindow website and eligibility check (the "Service"), operated by Rank 1 Marketing ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

This document is a general template provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by your attorney before you rely on it, particularly given the regulated nature of legal-services marketing.

1. What TariffWindow Is — and Is Not

TariffWindow is a marketing and lead-generation service. We connect importers who may be eligible for IEEPA tariff refunds with independent law firms that handle these matters. TariffWindow is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent you. Using the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and TariffWindow. Any attorney-client relationship is formed solely between you and an independent law firm under that firm's own engagement terms.

2. Eligibility Estimates Are Informational Only

The eligibility result and any refund range shown are informational estimates generated from the answers you provide. They are not legal advice, not a calculation of your actual refund, and not a guarantee of eligibility, recovery, or any outcome. Actual eligibility and amounts can only be determined by qualified counsel reviewing your specific records.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for evaluating any law firm we connect you with and for your own decision to engage them.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you represent.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program & Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting your information and checking the applicable consent box, you authorize Rank 1 Marketing (TariffWindow) and one or more partner law firms to contact you by phone, email, and recurring text message (SMS) regarding your tariff-refund inquiry and, if you separately opt in, related offers and updates. This SMS program is used for two purposes: (a) transactional/informational messages that confirm your eligibility request and coordinate law-firm follow-up, and (b) marketing messages about related services, sent only with your separate consent.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Mobile carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Information collected through this program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and your mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate or referral will lead to a particular result.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rank 1 Marketing and TariffWindow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any referral. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
